The workout app itself is good, but the ads are just constant and they pop during your workout which forces you to stop and deal with this garbage. Most of those ads make you watch about a 30 second video before you can close it best case scenario. I'm on day 5 and don't think I'll make it 30 days before I just union stall because of the ads.

Seriously love this app! I’m in a bit of a transition so I wasn’t wanting to commit to a gym at the moment. Then I came across this app through RocaMoons and thought “why not give it a try?”. It’s so great! There are so many great things about it, like being able to adjust the difficulty or frequency in which you work out.

This app is just very well designed and you can't actually do the exercises wrong because they are shown great. The videos can be opened without any problems. In addition, the app has never crashed on me and can only give 5 stars, because I just think the app is great.
